General Manager – New Furniture Store – Stirling
Salary: £52,750 OTE £63,300 + Car
Location: Stirling
We're seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a brand-new furniture store in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to be part of an exciting launch and drive the store's success from the ground up.
As the General Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the store's operations, from managing the team to ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will play a key role in managing P&L, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the team as the General Manager to achieve sales and service excellence
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth running and profitability
- Manage P&L and budgets to maximise store performance
- Drive the overall sales success of the store
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally within retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and P&L
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for furniture and home furnishings is a plus!
