A long-established firm of solicitors based in Merseyside is seeking to recruit an EL/PL Lawyer into their Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of litigated EL/PL matters, including fast track and multi-track cases.
- Draft pleadings and conduct negotiations.
- Represent clients at trial.
- Liaise with clients and experts, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Utilise case management systems efficiently.

- Experience managing a litigated EL/PL caseload.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
