Willow London Living Ltd are looking for a Property Manager!
Our growing team are looking for someone who has passion for property management to join us as our portfolio of over 200 properties expands across London.

At Willow, we Guarantee Landlords Rental Income, covering all void periods and tenant damages. Therefore, it is vital to ensure a fast turnaround of properties when they become vacant and to also ensure properties are kept well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Review and upload of work orders being reported to our Property Management Software.
- Review of check-out reports to create job lists for our handymen to ensure a fast turn-around of vacant properties.
- Review of completion of works
- Review of check-in reports to ensure Properties are 'ready-to-let'
- Assisting our Senior Property Manager where required
- Occasional visits to properties where required
- Daily check-ins with handymen
- Daily answering of office lines and emails; communicating with Landlords, Occupiers, Contractors and Associates
- Sourcing of new contractors to use for works
- Daily Property Management to assist in maintaining the condition of properties on our portfolio and ensuring all Occupiers have any issues attended to.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Use of own vehicle
- At least 2 years experience in Property Management
- MARLA preferred
- Fluent in English Speaking
