Field Service Engineer

We're excited to be working with a global business who manufactures and distributes market leading, cutting edge and fascinating technology in the recruitment of a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the UK. Based from home, anywhere in the UK, you will become an integral part of this global market-leading organisation.
£30-35,000/annum depending on experience, 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) pension, health and gym membership. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility to manage your own time and diary to book visits with your customers. A small amount of international travel might be involved with this role. Use of own car with mileage paid or the use of a company car.
The Field Service Engineer role plays a critical part in both the support of our Client's existing pioneering products as well as the development and roll out of new products and product changes.
Main responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Technical Support and troubleshooting
- Repairs and Refurbishment
- Accurate completion of technical documentation in line with the QMS
- Project management - including planning and scoping
- To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following qualifications and experience:
The person
- Ideally a Degree or Diploma or similar in a technical or engineering discipline
- Two years + experience in a Field Service Engineer role - ideally medical equipment
- Servicing of electromechanical equipment
- Experience in producing product technical documentation (e.g. Service manual, technical reports)
- Experience in Biomedical, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries advantageous.
- Full driving licence
