Employee Benefits Account Executive

Are you an Employee Benefits professional seeking an exciting new challenge? Do you have experience in Group Risk offerings and you're looking to enhance your client facing exposure, if so then look no further!

We are currently partnered with an award winning, mature and forward-thinking organisation who are seeking to add strength to their Employee Benefits division by enhancing their administration and account management team and are therefore on the hunt for Account Executives to join them in their growth!

The overall responsibility of the role would see you providing proactive and efficient administration of Corporate Group Risk and Group Healthcare schemes. You'll also deliver professional and high quality administration service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties.

This role would be a great next step for somebody coming from an Employee Benefits administration background who is looking to step into a role with more exposure to dealing directly with clients, with future progression in place to grow into an Employee Benefits consultant, managing your own portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities of this role would include:

  • Developing internal and external relationships to assist in providing an efficient service to clients.
  • Liaising with Associate Consultants, Consultants and insurers/product providers for new business quotations and information.
  • Assisting with client requests, queries and general client correspondence.
  • Processing of new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting and claims compliantly and profitably
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date in an accurate, timely and thorough manner.
