Our client is a product sourcing company and supplier to retail who due to continued growth now have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Sales Analyst to join their team in Wigan.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:
- Forecasting
- View of overall stock holding & Aged stock reporting alongside free stock and "issue lines"
- Support in sales analysis
- Financial PCG Budget
- Market Analysis
- Managing pricing for all categories
- Returns Analysis
- Providing support in commercial analysis cross department with a key focus on accurate reporting against budget and business KPIs
- Leadership responsibility within the Commercial team
The successful candidate will:
- Educated to degree level or past experience in an analytical role.
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines (and ensure others do so).
- Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good team player with a positive attitude to driving team goals.
- You should possess the following personal attributes.
- Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe.
