Our client is a product sourcing company and supplier to retail who due to continued growth now have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Sales Analyst to join their team in Wigan.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:

  • Forecasting
  • View of overall stock holding & Aged stock reporting alongside free stock and "issue lines"
  • Support in sales analysis
  • Financial PCG Budget
  • Market Analysis
  • Managing pricing for all categories
  • Returns Analysis
  • Providing support in commercial analysis cross department with a key focus on accurate reporting against budget and business KPIs
  • Leadership responsibility within the Commercial team

The successful candidate will:

  • Educated to degree level or past experience in an analytical role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines (and ensure others do so).
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude to driving team goals.
  • You should possess the following personal attributes.
  • Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe.
