Your new role
As contracts manager, you will be responsible for multiple new build / renovation / refurbishment projects in Aberdeen / Aberdeenshire. You will be expected to work at a senior level within internal management teams to achieve the overall objective of delivering high quality & safe construction projects whilst making a profit. You will supervise the project manager, senior site managers, site managers and engineers within each project to complete successful handover of finished products.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to work in a similar role for at least 3+ years alongside having a CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid qualification.
