Description
- You will provide expert employment advice, leveraging your knowledge of Employee Relations (ER) to address complex casework and identify trends using people data
- You will proactively recommend actions to mitigate risks and improve outcomes
- You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Policy Working Group to manage the policy review schedule, develop policy options, and support consultations with trade unions
- You will produce regular reports, analyse people data, and ensure policies comply with employment legislation, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Profile
A successful People Advisor should have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of ER and Employment Law
- Experience of working with unions
- Coach and advise Managers
- Able to communicate at all levels
Job Offer
- An annual salary up to £38,000 pro rata
- Up to 30 hours per week
- Includes working on a Monday and Wednesday as mandatory and the rest of the hours can be made up over the course of the week
- In the office 1 day a week (Wednesday)
