Job: Sales Administrator

Location: Nottingham

Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum

We are searching for an experience administrator with a can-do attitude who will support our client's sales team.

Our client specialises in solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and heat pump installations.

You will become an integral part of their team, with the opportunity to progress within the expanding business!

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager
  • Creating quotes
  • Managing sales representative diaries
  • Updated and managing the database
  • First port of call for customers
  • General office administration duties

Sales Administrator Qualifications & Skills

  • Great organisational skills with a process driven approach
  • The ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at working independently and within a team
  • Previous administration experience
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office suit
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, Adobe, and Microsoft Teams is desired
