Recruitment Administrator

One of Cirencester's leading employers is looking for a candidate to join their highly successful HR - Recruitment team at the end of June for a temporary role which initially will finish at the end of August. This role with the potential to extend, offers excellent opportunity within an industry-leading, multinational business.

Offering £12 an hour plus holiday pay will be for the hours of Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and the company offers the flexibility to work from home three times a week.

The role is ideal for someone with some base knowledge of Recruitment, looking to expand their career in Recruitment or in-house HR, or a graduate interested in working within HR.

As HR Administrator, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end interview booking process
  • Uploading CVs to internal ATS (Application Tracking System)
  • Responsible for the internal Recruitment mailbox
  • In collaboration with Talent Specialists assist on the right-to-work (RTW) calls and validation of correct documentation for RTW in the UK
  • Support Head of Interim Hires on team project administration
  • Responsible for managing interview notes and the Internal Job Board

  • You have previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Coordinator, People Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • You understand the importance of Diversity & Inclusion within the hiring process
  • You are a confident problem solver, but not afraid to seek help when necessary
  • Experienced in all Microsoft packages, including diary management

The Role:

As Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of interview booking for Team Talent. Collaborating with line leaders to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience for all applicants. This role supports the wider Talent Team within the company and plays a key critical role.

The Administrator will be trained and supported by a highly knowledgeable team. You will be a key member of the team, providing highly valued support to alleviate pressure on the Recruiters.
