Marshall Wolfe is proud to be supporting a global insurance company in their search for a Data Configuration Analyst for an initial 6 month contract (Inside IR35). The role is hybrid, with 2 days a month in their Redhill office.

This role would suit an individual with previous experience in the insurance industry, who enjoys their primary focus being: ensuring all client configuration creation and change activities are executed to time, budget and quality. Working under the direction of the Lead Configuration Analyst, this position requires a passion for technical detail together with effective analysis and problem solving skills. Understanding of UK Pensions Technical Landscape is essential.

Responsibilities:

You will need to be able to understand the generic impact of data items within the system whilst also understanding the context in which such items would be set. You should be able to interpret business or legislative requirements in relation to their practical impact. Understanding of UK Pensions Technical Landscape is essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a pensions administrator.
  • Good experience of dealing with DB, hybrid and DC occupational pension schemes.
  • Strong analysis skills - able to analyse, map or migrate occupational pension data between systems
  • Experience of working with occupational/workplace schemes
  • Strong direct database use with good SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of database table design and dependencies
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to include strong written and verbal communications
