Our client is a reputable personal injury firm with offices across the country. They are currently recruiting a Serious Injury Deputy Team Leader into their Liverpool office. Your new role
This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA and EL/PL/OL files valued up to £100,000. You may also be asked to deal with fixed fee and portal RTA claims, including uninsured MIB claims. This role will require you to attend CMCs, conferences and hearings when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a NQ-2 PQE solicitor or CILEX with previous experience running your own litigated personal injury caseload. Previous experience of fast-track claimant RTA and EL/PL fee earning is essential. Multi-track personal injury experiences is beneficial.
