The Role;
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be managing a team of 2 Delivery Consultants to fill Sales positions of all levels for one of our biggest clients. There is no Business Development involved in this role, but Account Management will play a big part.
- Account Management but no BD
- Mangaging a team of 2 and growing this to a team of 6
- Lead from the front around head hunting, networking and candidate generation
- LinkedIn and database management
- Client meetings, both F2F and Teams
The Person;
- You should come from a Sales Recruitment background
- You should have strong delivery / head hunting experience
- You should have experience of coaching or managing
- You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated
