Responsibilities
o Preparation of monthly group management accounts
o Preparation of monthly cashflow forecasts
o Preparation and submission of CIS/PAYE/VAT/P11D and CT61
o Management of work in progress
o Processing financial transaction using both building software (Buildertrend) and accounting software (Xero)
o Establishing and maintaining efficient accounting systems
o Management of accounts payable and subcontractor relations
o Management of small payroll (12 staff)
Qualities
o Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
o Process strong technical knowledge with statutory reporting and tax experience
o Previous experience in property development preferable
o Strong technical knowledge of Excel and Xero
o Experience with Buildertrend preferable but not essential
