We are recruiting a Inventory Operations Analyst for the world's largest and most trusted distributors of digital content.
You will be responsible for ensuring availability of stock from their warehouse for their client publishers and to assist the sales team achieve their goals.
Duties to include:
- Inventory and stock management; tasks to include regular stock ordering from their US warehouse; tracking shipments and publisher-direct shipments and monitoring stock availability for new publications.
- Compile and transform raw data into meaningful and useful reports to reveal Financial, Sales and Operations performance insights and to enable effective strategic and tactical decision making.
- Produces regular, periodic and ad-hoc reports for sales associates, clients and senior management.
- Performs various information gathering tasks such as backlist analysis, retail analysis, industry trends analysis, historical sales volume, product availability and demand forecasting for presentation to clients or sales associates.
- Assist with publisher client managers and publishers to assist with publisher queries.
You will need to have:
- 3 year's experience in an operations or inventory environment in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree or year for year related experience
- Excellent Excel skills and experience
- Extensive organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
