The Role
As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering consultancy, advisory, and development services to customers and contribute to operational processes. You will need a balanced mix of interpersonal and technical skills to manage and deliver new and existing customer projects and relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Attend customer meetings and provide pre-sales and consultancy advice
- Deliver development and implementation services following best practices
- Provide support and manage support calls effectively
- Liaise directly with customers and manage your own workload
- Produce and document functional design reports
- Foster and enhance the team ethos and values of the organisation
Required Skills / Experience
- MS Dynamics 365
- SQL
- Customer-centric and team-oriented mindset
- Strong technical communication skills
