We are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a cutting-edge digital customer acquisition agency, dedicated to helping brands achieve their goals through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where creativity and adaptability are key. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to be based from their Guildford office. You will be a pivotal role in support their key clients and drive new partner relationships.

As an Sales Account Manager your responsibilities will include -

  • Managing accounts for key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conducting regular client meetings and communication to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Generating and closing new business sales opportunities
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients.

The successful Sales Account Manager will have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management or customer service is preferred
