Learning & Engagement Facilitator

Henderson Brown is exclusively supporting our client in the recruitment of a Learning and Engagement Facilitator. Working within the collaborative L&D team, this role is responsible for the delivery of learning and development models across the business which form a vital part of the businesses strategic L&D strategy.

Duties include:

  • Design and develop training courses and materials
  • Collaborate with the wider global teams to align development modules, upskill teams, and meet strategic goals.
  • Facilitate leadership and learning programs for diverse audiences with varied skill levels.
  • Assist in building and maintaining LMS systems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to improve learning programs.
  • Provide leadership training consultancy, coaching, and feedback at team and individual levels.
  • Stay updated on leadership development trends and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Implement innovative design principles for leadership and learning solutions.
  • Support the employee forum development with managers
  • Lead the engagement agenda to maintain high engagement levels.
  • Organise annual site events for team-building experiences.

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective training programmes.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and develop employees
  • Proven capability to plan and deliver tasks on time while managing and prioritising multiple objectives.
  • Skilled in setting performance outcomes, measuring progress, and communicating achievements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
