Henderson Brown is exclusively supporting our client in the recruitment of a Learning and Engagement Facilitator. Working within the collaborative L&D team, this role is responsible for the delivery of learning and development models across the business which form a vital part of the businesses strategic L&D strategy.
Duties include:
- Design and develop training courses and materials
- Collaborate with the wider global teams to align development modules, upskill teams, and meet strategic goals.
- Facilitate leadership and learning programs for diverse audiences with varied skill levels.
- Assist in building and maintaining LMS systems.
- Work with key stakeholders to improve learning programs.
- Provide leadership training consultancy, coaching, and feedback at team and individual levels.
- Stay updated on leadership development trends and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Implement innovative design principles for leadership and learning solutions.
- Support the employee forum development with managers
- Lead the engagement agenda to maintain high engagement levels.
- Organise annual site events for team-building experiences.
What are we looking for?
- Relevant experience in designing, implementing and delivering effective training programmes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and develop employees
- Proven capability to plan and deliver tasks on time while managing and prioritising multiple objectives.
- Skilled in setting performance outcomes, measuring progress, and communicating achievements.
- Excellent communication skills.
