The IT Support Engineer role:

  • Monitor, manage, and coordinate all IT and telecom support tickets.
  • Handle multiple support ticket boards concurrently.
  • Oversee escalated tickets involving third-party IT and telecom companies.
  • Adjust or reschedule tickets in response to delays, changes, or unforeseen events.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and engineers stay on schedule.
  • Communicate updates to clients via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the client management system.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager.

The IT Support Engineer - Essential skills:

  • Previous experience of providing IT Support
  • Experience within Office 365
  • Experience within Azure
  • Strong experience with Microsoft stack
  • Previous experience of working in a Managed Service Provider (desirable)
  • Experience of providing IT Support in a fast-paced environment
