The IT Support Engineer role:
- Monitor, manage, and coordinate all IT and telecom support tickets.
- Handle multiple support ticket boards concurrently.
- Oversee escalated tickets involving third-party IT and telecom companies.
- Adjust or reschedule tickets in response to delays, changes, or unforeseen events.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and engineers stay on schedule.
- Communicate updates to clients via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the client management system.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager.
The IT Support Engineer - Essential skills:
- Previous experience of providing IT Support
- Experience within Office 365
- Experience within Azure
- Strong experience with Microsoft stack
- Previous experience of working in a Managed Service Provider (desirable)
- Experience of providing IT Support in a fast-paced environment
