Our client, based near Surbiton, are seeking a part time Finance Assistant to join their friendly and growing business. They are looking for someone to join them Tuesday - Friday, working 4 hours in the morning, allowing you to work 2 days from home, providing the flexibility to have a work life balance.

You will be joining a small team, where you will be tasked with covering others when needed, however your main duties will involve Purchase Ledger, Credit Cards, Bank posting.

This is a brilliantly varied finance role where the department are going through system and process improvements, moving away from a paper base business, making accounts digital. They are looking for someone who is computer/tech savvy, enjoys working in a digitalised fashion, with a can-do attitude.

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Bank posting
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Other administrative accounts duties

We are looking for someone with:

  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A fast learner with excellent organisational skills
