Building Services Engineer - Midlands
Up to £43,000 + Extensive benefits package including Van, Fuel Card, and Bonus.
Leading Facility Management Consultancy are looking for a lead Building Services Engineer in the Midlands area to work as a team leader with a 60-40 split (on/off tools).
Working on a range of commercial sites including offices and shopping centres. Work will take you around the Midlands and will be a mixture of PPM, Re-Active and Upgrades.
To apply for the Building Services Engineer role the following experience is required:
- 5-7+ years post qualification experience as a building services engineer or similar
- To hold a biased in either Electrical (18th edition required) or Plumbing (HVAC or Plumbing)
- Experience working as a team leader or lead engineer
- Demonstrate experience in PPM, Active and where needed upgrade work and be happy to cover both mechanical and electrical projects
- Ability to do overtime when required, based on site requirements
- Full Driving License
