Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with an established company in Sheffield to help them find a passionate and innovative Recruitment Advisor to join their team for a 6 month FTC.

This role will be paramount in providing an excellent end to end recruitment process, ensuring you are identifying, attracting and hiring the best possible candidates for a variety of different roles.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers on job briefs, creating engaging adverts and managing candidate response
- Develop new and innovative recruitment strategies to attract a solid candidate pool
- Providing a seamless candidate onboarding experience ensuring full compliance with employment law
The ideal Recruitment Advisor will have:
- A successful track record of running end to end recruitment campaigns, with the ability to source active and passive candidates
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- The ability to build strong relationships with intern
This is a fast paced, high volume role where accuracy and compliance is key, as well as drive and commitment to placing fantastic candidates!
