Working as a HR Consultant for a small firm, you'll be providing advice and guidance to small businesses up and down the UK.
That could be anyone at all... hairdressers, shop owners, farmers... who need your expertise and support to help their business flourish and thrive.
This job would suit a confident HR Advisor with a good level of ER knowledge and experience supporting on redundancies, TUPE in/out, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.
It's a full time, permanent role, based at offices in a small village a stone's throw from Stratford - a picturesque location also accessible from Redditch, Henley, Banbury, etc.
Salary circa £30,000 with benefits including discounted private healthcare cover, free on-site parking, regular team socials, pension and 30 days holiday (increasing with service).
Due to the location, you will need a driving license and access to a vehicle, it's not accessible by public transport. Also, this is essential in case you visit clients on site from time to time.
