Are you a resilient communicator with a knack for handling objections and turning conversations around? We are on the lookout for an energetic Call Centre Operative to join our team in Bournemouth. This temporary role for 6 weeks involves a high volume of outbound calling, where you will engage potential and existing customers, handle objections effectively, and contribute to dynamic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Operative:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and current customers
  • Handle objections confidently and turn potential rejections into positive outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets

Experiecne required as a Call Centre Operative:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a call centre, telemarketing, or sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Persuasion: Ability to effectively manage objections and turn conversations around.
