Your new role
A busy and fast paced varied role, you will report directly to a dedicated, highly experienced Credit Manager who supports the team to ensure individuals remain happy and gain the best out of their abilities. Working alongside a team of experienced Credit Controllers, you will be assigned your own portfolio where you will proactively chase overdue b2b debts, allocate customer payments, dealing with customer query resolution, reconciliations and be on top to identify any potential risks to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in Credit Control B2B
Sales Ledger experience
Customer Service and resolution experience - able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels,
Team Player, able to work in a team on your own initiative
Tenancy with a strong drive and desire to succeed.
Computer-literate - Pivot tables/V-look-ups ideal but not essential
Can do attitude, with a hands on approach
