CRA Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join a reputable high street practice in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer to contribute to a dynamic team and provide essential support on a temporary basis, the role is likely to run for 3 months though.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Locum, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is office-based and requires a thorough understanding of all areas of conveyancing, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing all necessary legal documentation.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to start.
