Duties
- Operate and maintain semi-automatic assembly equipment, ensuring all machinery and tools function efficiently.
- Assemble products both manually and using semi-automatic methods as needed.
- Supply components and restock materials for the assembly and packing processes.
- Participate in improvement teams, actively supporting initiatives aimed at reducing waste.
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and COSHH regulations.
Requirements;
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume production setting.
- Familiarity with assembly systems is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet high standards of quality control.
- Willingness to adapt to new working practices and techniques.
- Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
