Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement IEPs.
- Collaborate with support staff and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to education.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in a SEND environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEND practices and legislation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
