Responsibilities:

  • You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers, ensuring you are always friendly and professional
  • Liaising with other departments when needed
  • Administration tasks when needed
  • Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.

About You:

  • No previous industry experience required - all training provided
  • A passion for customer service, ideally some customer service experience within retail, hospitality, healthcare.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Confident and clear communicator
