Responsibilities:
- You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers, ensuring you are always friendly and professional
- Liaising with other departments when needed
- Administration tasks when needed
- Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.
About You:
- No previous industry experience required - all training provided
- A passion for customer service, ideally some customer service experience within retail, hospitality, healthcare.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Confident and clear communicator
