Role:- Employment Law Solicitor
Location :- Liverpool - L3 1HU
Contract :- Permanent - Hybrid
Hrs :- Mon -Fri 09:30 - 17:30hrs
Salary :- £38,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for an Employment Law Solicitor for our client who are a fast-growing practice, providing high quality legal services to both UK and International organisations.
You will be working within a great team, based in a modern office in Liverpool City Centre, with great transport links and flexibility to work hybrid after a successful probationary period.
As the Employment Law Solicitor, your duties & responsibilities.
- Independently manage a varied caseload of employment law claim from inception to conclusion, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Handle off aspects of employment law litigation, including, drafting pleadings, statement of case and witness statements.
- Attend preliminary hearings and case management discussions.
- Managing and responding to tribunal correspondence in a timely manner.
- Conducting settlement negotiations and advising clients on potential outcomes.
- Overseeing disclosure processes, including managing electronic and manual document review
- Provide clear and conscious advice to clients, maintaining regular communication.
- Work closely with other team members and liaise with different departments.
The Employment Law Solicitor will have the following skills and experience.
- Must be qualified with a valid practicing certificate
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
