We are seeking a calm, adaptable, and diligent individual to join a fast-paced Business Development team as a Business Support Development Associate. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global company by conducting market research, compiling reports and white papers, and engaging with stakeholders and media. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination of schedules and events, working closely with internal and external teams.
This is a remote position with quarterly in-person meetings, offering flexibility and an exciting opportunity to grow within the offshore energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential clients within the offshore energy industry.
  • Reports & White Papers: Assist in compiling detailed reports, white papers, and presentations to support business development initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media outlets.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and webinars to promote company offerings and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Help plan and manage industry events, conferences, and webinars

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages, such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Russian, or Arabic, is highly desirable.
  • A structured and methodical approach to tasks, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the offshore energy industry is an advantage but not essential
