Facility & Maintenance Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to join our Sytner Logistics site at Leighton Buzzard.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with outstanding organisation & hands-on skills to assist in maintaining our site to a high standard of housekeeping & liaise with our contractors to ensure we are fully compliant within the site's environment along with Health & Safety regulations.

You will be liaising with management across all departments helping maintain the 15-acre site. Other duties will include working closely & supporting the Head of Business and health and safety Officer with their daily focus of site maintenance.

About You

You will:

  • Be enthusiastic, well-organised, methodical, and hard-working.
  • Feel confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to work to strict deadlines, whilst retaining a keen eye for detail. Have strong communication skills; including the confidence to offer advice and answer queries around general maintenance and site geography.
  • Take pride in your work and use your skills to make a positive difference within the team. You must have the ability to undertake general maintenance tasks yourself which would include decorating, gardening, general plumbing, carpentry along with other hands on maintenance skills.
  • Previous skills and experience in general maintenance would be an advantage.
