Working with a leading name in the educational sector within Cambridgeshire, the successful candidate will be tasked with leading the award-winning Marketing Team to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet commercial programmes and the organisations objectives.
It is essential for the Marketing Manager to work closely with the wider marketing team to implement the company's marketing strategy, manage the marketing campaigns, initiatives, communications and channels to support the company in achieving its reputational and recruitment objectives. Covering multi-channel expertise from direct marketing, PPC, advertising both on and offline, email, PR, social media, SEO, events, telemarketing, lead management and conversion.
You will be responsible for three direct line reports, motivating and coaching staff to achieve, improve and develop to their full potential. ideally, we would love a candidate from education or a public sector, however candidates outside of that are welcome to apply.
