The Role

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team. As a supply teacher, you will have the flexibility to work in various secondary schools across Gloucestershire, covering short-term absences and providing continuity in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs and classroom dynamics.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings when required.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the development of education programs.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage a classroom effectively and promote a positive learning experience.
