Change and Configuration Analyst - £55k (CAB / CMDB / Asset control) - London - 2-3 days onsite per week.
Key Skills: ITIL, ITSM, Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, CMDB setup, leading CAB review meetings.
You will be responsible for developing and owning the relationships between the Change and Asset & Configuration Management team and the Service owners, whilst ensuring the Change and Asset & Configuration Management Process and CMDB are fit for purpose with integrated dependencies, used in a compliant manner, and maintained as the single source of truth in relation to the standard operating model. Through the demonstration of an analytical approach and skill set you will identify and deliver opportunities for continuous improvement. Whilst developing and implementing Data Connection enhancements (automation).
- Change Management - Administering the various change processes, reviewing RFCs, providing guidance and support to change requesters
- Continual Service Improvement - Be actively involved in identifying, developing and implementing service improvements.
- Configuration Management – Develop Process and governance, manage daily exceptions/workload, Identify potential processes for automation
Essential Skills:
- CMDB setup experience
- A broad understanding of the technologies and process needed to run an efficient Change and Asset & Configuration Management function.
- Technical expertise and the ability to apply functional knowledge to complex and diverse situations
- Experience of working within an ITIL based service delivery model.
- Knowledge of managing performance with internal delivery teams within a service frame work, including SLAs and KPIs
