JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor (Trade Counter Machinery)
LOCATION: Exeter
PAY RATE: £11.50-£13.50 p/h dependant on experience
HOURS: 8-5 Monday to Friday

**THE COMPANY AND ROLE:**These market leaders in the machinery industry have been serving the people of Exeter for over 60 years. They are an independent, family run company who have experienced continued growth and are now looking for an additional person to join their friendly and welcoming team. The company are looking for someone to start immediately and temp for a couple of weeks but if successful will then be taken on, on a permanent contract.
KEY DUTIES:
- Serving customers in the showroom, providing advice and support
- Maintaining stock using an inhouse database
- Raising and processing invoices
- Taking payments
- Answering phones and email enquiries
THE CANDIDATE:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Polite, confident telephone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Good sense of humour and team player
