Are you a Commercial & Contracts Manager looking for your next contract position (Outside IR35), where you will be working for an industry leader in the visitor attraction space.
As the company has gone from strength to strength, a new position has opened up within the business for a Commercial & Contracts Manager on a 12 Month contract.
The successful candidate will need to have commercial and contract experience in the UK and overseas. The successful candidate must be familiar with CDM regulations! This is an exciting project where you will be working on a range of contracts in the UK and Saudi Arabia.
On offer here is an excellent opportunity for an Commercial & Contracts Manager looking for an immediately available, days based contract role for a market leading company.
The Role:
- 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35) 2-3 days a week, initially with potentially to move to 5 days a week
- Creating contracts, ensuring commercial arrangements & Managing disputes
- Fully Remote
The Person:
- Commercial & Contract experience
- Construction experience in the UK & overseas
