We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and deliver first-class technical support. If you're passionate about tech, confident in troubleshooting, and ready to grow within a fast-paced environment—this is your opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
- Manage user accounts, access control, and onboarding/offboarding
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve faults efficiently
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and software licenses
- Support backups, antivirus tools, and regular system updates
- Document IT processes and help create user-friendly guides
- Contribute to wider IT projects and system rollouts
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT role
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
- Hardware troubleshooting and setup skills
- Clear, confident communication and a customer-first mindset
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- A positive attitude and eagerness to keep learning
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional travel to other local sites
- Some- out of hours work may be required for system updates
