Job Summary

We're really excited to be exclusively partnered with an extremely well-known DTC brand in London who are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

Reporting into the Head of Performance, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end paid search, paid social and affiliates strategy for the brand and their extensive product ranges. You'll be an expert in Google Ads (Search and Shopping), whilst also developing Meta, TikTok, Twitter and Affiliates, analysing and reporting on data and campaign performance to consistently drive ROAS and profit. As part of this small but mighty performance team you'll lead 1 direct report and work with their external SEO agency.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Central London
  • Hybrid working, 2-3 days office

Salary & Benefits

  • £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on level and experience
  • 25 days holiday (rising with service), pension, private health, work from anywhere policy, enhanced parental leave, annual credit of £300 to spend on products, learning and development days
