We're delighted to be working exclusively with a highly regarded, values-led financial planning firm, seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team. Based in a beautiful countryside setting, this is a full-time role with the possibility of 1 day per week working from home for the right candidate.
The Role
As Client Service Administrator, you'll play a central role in the firm's day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Contacting providers and handling all related correspondence
- Processing new business from start to finish
- Preparing meeting packs and client documentation
- Supporting the advisory and paraplanning teams with high-quality client servicing
You'll work closely with a team of friendly professionals who care deeply about the work they do and the clients they serve.
What They're Looking For
- Experience in IFA or financial planning administration
- Experience in an SME or boutique firm—you're not after the corporate grind
- A professional and personable individual, ideally with life experience (ex-military or ex-NHS backgrounds welcomed)
- Comfortable commuting by car or public transport to a rural location
