DCS Tech is proud to partner with one of our key clients in the search for a Software Team Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with an industry leader in Financial Technology, taking on a highly productive and engaging position that will allow you to make a significant impact. Heading up a team who will be actively involved with the development of super exciting projects, you will be the driving force that will lead them to success!
About You:
You bring extensive experience with .NET and C#, paired with a solid background in working with Azure. Your expertise extends to other object-oriented programming languages, making you a versatile developer capable of adapting to various challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with squads, product owners, and key stakeholders to drive projects forward and achieve outstanding results.

- Develop the best developers - you'll leverage your expertise to provide proactive recommendations that enhance the quality and efficiency of our software projects.
- Become a great leader - managing and engaging your team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Be the leader of the best team - cover the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and separation, as you build and nurture a high-performing team.
