Job Summary:
Jade Recruitment is looking for a driven, confident and competitive individual to join our busy team as a Trainee Temp Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their recruitment career, with fast progression and full training provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing temp candidates
- Taking and filling temp bookings from clients
- Matching the right people to the right roles
- Ensuring registration compliance and accurate paperwork
- Marketing vacancies via social media and job boards
- Supporting consultants in the daily desk operations
- Learning and developing into a Recruitment Consultant within 6 months
The Ideal Candidate:
- Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make money
- Resilient under pressure and goal-oriented
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Confident using MS Office and social media platforms
- Organised, personable, and professional
- Eager to learn and grow into the role quickly
