Head of HR, Permanent, Flintshire, £70,000 - £80,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client is a leading, diverse, and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for a Head of HR to join their existing HR team.

As Head of HR, you will report into the Finance Director. You will lead the HR team for UK & Ireland delivering a professional people service with sound, robust HR administrative practices and commercial HR advice on both the day to day and future strategic direction; effectively translating the people plan into a suite of best practices that are relevant and appropriate for the business. You will deliver value-add strategic business partnering across all functions to deliver transformation projects in line with the People Strategy from development through to implementation. A strong generalist, you will lead on complex people projects, driving the delivery of transformation ensuring effective delivery of best practice. You will work collaboratively with the functional heads to influence and drive the agenda. You will provide meaningful and accurate MI data and ensure compliance is adhered to. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and drive HR initiatives to help them achieve their business objectives.

A solid HR generalist and true Business Partner, you will have gained your experience from within a fast-paced manufacturing (or similar), commercial, unionised business and will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will have significant experience of leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives across large, unionised organisations and be level 7 CIPD qualified. You will also have an extensive and demonstrable employment law background with practical application.
