Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week.

Key Duties:

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Match, batch and code all purchase invoices
  • Processing credit notes/invoices including personal and company expenses
  • Sending remittances and liaise with suppliers
  • Processing and monitoring petty cash
  • Supporting with financial audits
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve ay issues

Profile:

  • Understanding of financial management practices
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience within a similar role is beneficial
