Field Engineer - Hardware/MFD

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Are you a skilled Field Engineer with a passion for hardware and multifunctional devices (MFDs)? Join a dynamic team in South West London that specialise in the technology area. You'll work hands-on to support, maintain, and troubleshoot MFDs and other hardware for some of the biggest named UK clients.
Training is provided but must have some experience as a field engineer in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a range of MFDs and other hardware
- Provide on-site technical support and diagnostics for clients
- Ensure timely response and high-quality service for clients
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer, with a focus on MFDs and hardware
- Full UK driving license (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Location: Can be based anywhere around the West London area: Wembley, Ealing, Notting Hill, West Drayton, Southall. Occasionally, once a mont, you will travel to our office in Croydon.
