The Role:
As Sales Assistant you will be a brand ambassador who inspires confidence in customers and in your colleagues! Accountable for delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedure.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the brand to create and cultivate a culture of trust and community
- Drive sales and KPI's, keep up to date with trends and be confident to advise customers
- Follow operational and BOH procedures
- Visual merchandising and knowing what is on trend
- Working at pace within a fast pace environment
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience at sales assistant level in fashion, footwear or luxury retail
- A passion for customer service and experience
- Driving fashion KPI's and targets
