About the Role: As a Teacher of Design Technology, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your creative approach and passion for the subject will help nurture the next generation of designers, engineers, and technologists. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
- Develop and implement an innovative curriculum that stimulates students' interest in Design Technology.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated, inspiring, and well-organised, with a proven track record in teaching Design Technology. The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Design Technology or a related subject.
- Significant experience teaching Design Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
