This role is on a contract basis for 6 months but has potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Contracts Paralegal:
- Organise and update legal files and databases in accordance with compliance regulations.
- Extract and collate data to enable performance reporting and case analysis.
- Ensure all work contributes to safeguarding the organisation against risk, including reputational and financial risk.
About you as a Contracts Paralegal:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting formal documents
- The ability to provide innovative solutions to problems
