RG consultancy are pleased to be working with a fantastic growing company who are based local to Ossett, West Yorkshire who are looking for a transnational accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a vibrant, friendly company and are looking for an enthusiastic accounts assistant to join the finance team.
This role reports to the financial controller and will be responsible for the following:
- Processing high volume purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- BACs payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raising invoices
- Chasing debt via telephone, email and letter
- Credit card reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns
- Other adhoc administrative duties
