As a experienced HR Advisor you will be required to provide a professional support service to managers on general operational issues such as terms and conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary investigations, dignity and respect complaints, and grievances. Implement and embed new strategies and initiatives throughout the organisation. This role will support both Medical and Non-Medical employees of the organisation.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Temporary cover until September 2024
£20 PH Umbrella
